Process

• Virtual Coffee Meeting — Over the Phone or Via Email
• We will get to know each other, explain the design process, learn about your vision and how we can bring it to life.
• When we meet we will look through stationery designs, sketch ideas, and play with all the goodies that bring together your perfect design.
• After deciding on what makes your perfect Wedding Invitation Suite, we will put together a proposal listing the detailed estimate of the work.
• Once you are happy with the proposal and jump into the fun part of designing your invitations, we will move forward with a signed contract and initial 50% deposit.
• After receiving your contract and deposit, we will help you with all the ins and outs of invitation etiquette and put together the perfect wording for your special day!
• After receiving your wording, we will create a detailed timeline for you.
• Mood Board is a digital representation of our vision including typefaces, ink colors, and design ideas.
• Swatches are a sampling of the product options we are considering.
• Using the approved Mood Board, we will create 2 – 4 different designs for you to review.
• You can select one or mix and match parts of the designs.
• The concept will them be echoed throughout the other pieces of your suite.
• We will edit the designs until it you LOVE it! Custom clients will receive three complimentary edits.
• All pieces can be expected to ready for mailing within 1 – 4 weeks from your approval date, depending on needs of assembling suite.
• Option One: I can stuff, stamp, seal, and send your invitations directly to your guests. Your invitations will be hand cancelled at the post office and be delivered to your loved ones and friends!
• Option Two: I will ship your invitations to you and you will take care of the rest!

Semi-Custom Collection

Each Emery Ann Collection Suite can be customized to your vision by changing the paper and envelope colors in addition to the font style and ink colors.

100 SEMI-CUSTOM COLLECTION WEDDING INVITATIONS FOR $335 INCLUDE:

  • 5″ x 7″ Invitation
  • 3.5″ x 5″ RSVP Card
  • Blank Invitation Mailing Envelope in any of our colors
  • Blank RSVP Mailing Envelope in any of our colors
  • Printed on Your Choice of several high quality card stocks in both Matte and Metallic
  • Digital proof in your wording and colors with up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions

Process

• Over the Phone, Via Email, or In Person
• We will get to know each other, explain the design process, learn about your vision and how we can bring it to life by customizing our Emery Ann Collection designs.
• After deciding on what makes your perfect Wedding Invitation Suite, we will put together a proposal listing the detailed estimate of the work.
• Once you are happy with the proposal and ready to jump into the fun part of designing your invitations, we will move forward with a signed contract and a 50% retainer.
• After receiving your contract and deposit, we will help you with all the ins and outs of invitation etiquette and put together the perfect wording for your special day!
• After receiving your wording, we will create a detailed timeline for you.
• If you wish to see some samples of the colors, we will send you some samples of the products you are considering.
• Using your chosen Emery Ann Collection Design, font styles, and colors, we will create your first round of proofs.
• We will edit the designs until it you LOVE it! Emery Ann Collection clients will receive three complimentary edits and revisions afterwards are $30.
• All pieces can be expected to be ready for shipping to you within 1 – 5 weeks from your approval date, depending on your printing style and assembly needs.
• Option One: I can take care of any of the assembly needs, addressing envelopes, stamping and stuffing. All you need to do is seal and mail your invitations to your guests.

• Option Two: Once I have completed a quality check, your invitations will be ready for you to take care of the rest.

Either Option, make sure to have your invitations hand cancelled at the post office prior to being delivered to your loved ones and friends!
