Order your save the dates by selecting the package with or without envelope addressing and quantity below. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a questionnaire to gather the following customization options to create your save the date proof.

You will receive your first proof of your Save the Date within 3-5 business days with complimentary revisions for up to 3 proofs and your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of your print approval. Customization
All save the dates are customizable to your wedding day vision. Ink colors, font choices, and envelope colors are customizable, at no additional charge. The design elements and layout will remain the same. We can also add an engagement picture to the back side of the save the date, perfect for guests to add to a 5 x 7 frame as a keepsake.
Wording & Etiquette
After gathering your wedding day details, I help you every step of the way to make sure your save the date wording and etiquette is just right for you.
Client Portal
Your client portal is the place for everything pertaining to your wedding invitations – contract, invoice, emails, forms, proofing, and a few special tips and guides to help you along the way.
Printing & Paper
All pieces are professionally printed on high quality 120# textured paper in your choice of bright white or warm white with options to upgrade to double thick, cotton, colored, and shimmer paper options.
After your print approval, I send your order to my professional wedding stationery printer who specializes in full digital color and take pride in producing each piece with care and precision. Your wedding guests will know your wedding will be a luxury event with the quality of your save the dates.

Proofing + Revisions
Each proof you will receive a digital mock up to visualize your save the date as a whole, plus individual images of each piece for you to review in greater detail.
All save the date designs receive up to three proofs (most clients only use two). During this process, you can add embellishments like wax seals, vintage postage, silk ribbons, vellum wraps, and more to bring together your perfect wedding invitation suite.
All my couples who have to postpone due to Covid-19, receive an extra round of text revisions for wording, time, date, and venue changes.
Shipping & Mailing
I offer assembly and mailing services for all couples. No need to worry about the long lines at US Post Office or the trickiness in applying correct postage, I take care of mailing your wedding invitations to your guests.
If you choose this service, I will assemble, stuff, seal, stamp, and mail your save the dates to your friends and loved ones.
If you would prefer to assemble yourself, I will package them up in one box. You have the choice to pick up from my studio or ship them to you via FedEx.

I recommend ordering save the dates as soon as you have your venue secured. This allows guests to prioritize your wedding date over other plans.
All digitally printed save the dates will be ready to ship or pick up from the Emery Ann Design studio within 2-3 weeks of your print approval.
Rush orders may be available based on my current design schedule.
If you upgrade to foil stamping or letterpress, you will receive a custom timeline based on your wedding date and production calendar.
Yes! You can change the font, ink colors, and envelopes at no additional charge. Watercolor element colors cannot be changed, but please email me at [email protected] and I may be able to change the elements to something that fits with your vision for an additional fee.
Yes! You can add a picture to the back side of any save the date design for no additional fee.
Some designs have pictures on the front, so you will be able to share multiple pictures with your wedding guests.
All orders come with professional grade, full digital color printing.
Upgrade printing available: foil stamping, digital white ink, letterpress, thermography, engraving, embossing, and debossing. Please email me at [email protected] if you wish to inquire about upgrading.
No matter the print method, I use the best printers that specialize in the specific print method. Please note that upgrading your printing method will need a longer production time. I will create a custom timeline for you for your wedding date and print method.
Yes! Let me take care of everything from full assembly, stuffing and sealing envelopes, stamping, and hand delivery to the post office on your mailing day, so you can enjoy your engagement and focus on other wedding planning tasks.
Just include that in your questionnaire after ordering and we can invoice that separately. For 100 save the dates, this would be $205 and includes the cost of postage with a USPS Forever Stamp.
No problem! When you order your save the dates with Emery Ann Design, you hire an etiquette expert to take care of your save the date wording and etiquette for you.
All you need to do is fill out a form with your wedding details and I take care of the rest.
As soon as possible! The best time to order your wedding invitations is while we’re discussing your save the dates. All you have to do is secure your spot — then we can chat about your details as we get to the 6 month mark. It is best to secure your spot on my design calendar in advance!
