Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a questionnaire to gather your customization options and wedding details to provide you with your wedding invitation wording and first proof.
You will receive your first proof within 3-5 business days with complimentary revisions for up to 3 proofs and your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of your print approval. A rush timeline may be available, please email me if you need a sooner completion date at [email protected]. Please see below for order details and how the design process works.
Please note, this listing does not include full assemble of your invitation suite. The envelope liner will be assembled to your mailing envelope, but your vellum belly bands will arrive unfolded, measuring 1.5 x 11″ because vellum cannot be pre-folded or pre-scored. The wax seal is an easy “peel and stick.” You will receive assembly instructions when your order ships. Customization
The Signature Bundle is customizable to your wedding day vision. Invitation Suite options, ink colors, font choices, envelope colors, envelope liner, and wax seals design options are customizable, at no additional charge. The design elements and layout will remain the same.
Wording & Etiquette
After gathering your wedding day details, I help you every step of the way to make sure your wedding invitation wording and etiquette are just right for you and your wedding day. Don’t worry, we will make Grandma proud with etiquette fit for your wedding celebration!
Client Portal
Your client portal is the place for everything pertaining to your wedding invitations – contract, invoice, emails, forms, proofing, and a few special tips and guides to help you along the way.
Printing & Paper
All pieces are professionally printed on high quality 120# textured paper in your choice of bright white or warm white with options to upgrade to double thick, cotton, colored, and shimmer paper options.
After your print approval, I send your order to my professional wedding stationery printer who specializes in full digital color and take pride in producing each piece with care and precision. Your wedding guests will know your wedding will be a luxury event with the quality of your wedding invitations.

Proofing + Revisions
Each proof you will receive a digital mock up to visualize your suite as a whole, plus individual images of each piece for you to review in greater detail.
All custom designs receive up to four proofs (most clients only use two). During this process, you can add embellishments like wax seals, vintage postage, silk ribbons, vellum wraps, and more to bring together your perfect wedding invitation suite.
All my couples who have to postpone due to Covid-19, receive an extra round of text revisions for wording, time, date, and venue changes.
Shipping & Mailing
I offer assembly and mailing services for all couples. No need to worry about the long lines at US Post Office or the trickiness in applying correct postage, I take care of mailing your wedding invitations to your guests.
If you choose this service, I will assemble, stuff, seal, stamp, and mail your wedding invitations to your friends and loved ones.
If you would prefer to assemble yourself, I will package them up in one box. You have the choice to pick up from my studio or ship them to you via FedEx.

I recommend ordering 4-5 months before your wedding date. This allows for time for proofing and production without feeling rushed.
All digitally printed invitations will be ready to ship or pick up from the Emery Ann Design studio within 2-3 weeks of your print approval.
Rush orders may be available based on my current design schedule.
If you upgrade to foil stamping or letterpress, you will receive a custom timeline based on your wedding date and production calendar.
Yes! You can change the font, ink colors, and envelopes at no additional charge. Watercolor element colors cannot be changed, but please email me at [email protected] and I may be able to change the elements to something that fits with your vision for an additional fee.
All orders come with professional grade, full digital color printing.
Upgrade printing available: foil stamping, digital white ink, letterpress, thermography, engraving, embossing, and debossing. Please email me at [email protected] if you wish to inquire about upgrading.
No matter the print method, I use the best printers that specialize in the specific print method. Please note that upgrading your printing method will need a longer production time. I will create a custom timeline for you for your wedding date and print method.
