Your stationery is more than a date and an address—it’s the first glimpse of your wedding day and the emotion you want your guests to carry with them. When an envelope arrives in their hands, they should feel anticipation, joy, and connection to what’s ahead.
That’s why every detail is designed with you and your guests in mind. From exploring color palettes and paper textures to refining wording with timeless etiquette, the process is guided so you feel confident at every step.
The result: stationery that reflects your story, sets the tone for your celebration, and creates an experience your guests will remember long after the day itself.
You don’t need a fully formed vision before starting—just a spark of an idea. My role is to guide you, gather your details, and shape them into stationery that feels timeless, personal, and effortless.
Whether you see every detail clearly or only have a feeling you can’t quite name, this is where your vision begins to take shape. Together, we’ll transform that inspiration into heirloom stationery designed to feel deeply connected to your celebration.
Your vision comes to life through a guided process that includes:
Hand-drawn sketches that turn ideas into something tangible
Curated palettes inspired by your venue, season, and style
Fine papers and luxury print methods like letterpress, foil, or embossing
Wording crafted with proper etiquette, polished yet personal to you
Every step is guided with clarity and care, so your stationery evolves from inspiration into design that truly reflects you.

Most couples book 6-12 months before their wedding. Since custom design takes about 16 weeks from kickoff to delivery, this ensures we have the time to explore vision, refine design, and complete production with care and mail around 10-12 weeks before your wedding.
Rush orders may be available based on my current design schedule.
Custom design includes a mood board, curated color palette, hand-drawn sketches, and a written design narrative, along with proper etiquette for wording. From there, we refine the details through up to four proofs, ensuring every piece feels timeless and personal.
Yes—etiquette is woven into the design process from the very beginning. During the design concept and wording phase, I gather all of your wedding details and put them into proper etiquette, so everything from host lines to RSVP wording feels polished and grandma approved!
From there, we can adjust and refine the wording to match your style and tone, whether you prefer something more traditional, modern, or a blend of both. This way, you’ll feel confident knowing your invitations are both timeless and personal, while your guests receive a clear, thoughtful welcome into your wedding day.
Not at all! Many couples begin with only a feeling, a venue, or a few inspiration images. Through sketches, palettes, and samples, I’ll help bring your vision into focus and create a design that feels true to you.
Yes. Most couples reserve their spot early for both invitations and day-of stationery, so everything flows beautifully together. This can include ceremony programs, seating charts, escort cards, escort displays, table numbers, place cards, menus, signage, cocktail napkins, matchbooks, thank you cards and more.
Absolutely! Full assembly and mailing part of my services, so you don’t need to stress over the details. If you’d prefer to handle mailing yourself, you’re welcome to pick up your suite from my studio or have it shipped to you. But don’t worry, all those ribbons will be tied for you!
Absolutely. If you’re working with a planner, I’ll collaborate directly with them to ensure stationery and day-of details align seamlessly with your overall wedding vision.
Most couples invest between $3,000–$8,000+ for custom invitations, depending on print methods, materials, and finishing details.
If you’d like custom save the dates as well, these are typically booked alongside your invitation design so your entire suite feels cohesive from the very beginning. Save the dates are tailored to your vision and investment varies depending on quantity and design, but most couples invest between $1200 and $2500 for save the dates.
Day-of stationery—such as programs, menus, escort cards, signage, and other details—is also added as we move further into the process, creating one seamless thread from start to finish.
Most common print methods are Foil Stamping, Flat/Digital Printing, Digital White Ink, and Letterpress.
I also offer thermography, engraving, embossing, and debossing.
No matter the print method, I use the best printers that specialize in the specific print method.
Yes! Let me take care of everything from full assembly, stuffing and sealing envelopes, stamping, and hand delivery to the post office on your mailing day, so you can enjoy your engagement and focus on other wedding planning tasks.
As soon as possible! The best time to order your day-of paper goods is while we’re discussing your wedding invitations. All you have to do is secure your spot — then we can chat about your details down the road. It is best to secure your spot on my design calendar in advance!
No worries! I work with couples nationwide. Local clients often meet in person to review samples, while non-local or busy couples receive a curated sample box and design meetings over Zoom to ensure the same guided experience.
More than paper—woven into the celebration itself
